To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Service Management Analyst who will be responsible for ongoing development and improvement of the Service Management Office (SMO) within Technology Services. Reporting to the Manager, Service Management & Process Improvement this role represents an outstanding opportunity to develop service management standards across incident, problem and change management functions.

You’ll need…

Demonstrated experience in process development and improvement with an understanding of ITIL best practices and the ability to apply these in a practical way. This will be coupled with your experience in a medium to large Service Management environment.
