The Role

Broadspectrum is currently seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to perform front-of-house work for its cafés, bars and functions, with basic food preparation from time to time.  This is a casual position which will see you work across three sites located in Port Melbourne, Southbank and Melbourne CBD.  You will need to be flexible to work between the hours of 7am - 9pm.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Clean the premises and equipment
  • Support with stock take and inventory control for all kitchen supplies
  • Contribute to restocking and stock rotation, including loading and unloading
  • Monitor facilities to ensure day-to-day compliance requirements are met

Skills & Experience

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an ADF Clearance
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Barista skills
  • Food Handlers Certificate Level 1 (or equivalent)
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
