Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Portfolio Governance and Practice Lead who will contribute to the effective reporting and governance of AustralianSuper projects from a portfolio perspective. Reporting to the Head of PMO, this role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the oversight of portfolio projects of $50-60 million per annum and influence PMO operations.

In this role you will manage project governance using your succinct reporting skills, monitoring costs, schedules, risks etc. You will compile the monthly Project Governance Panel report and draft monthly executive reports with direct assistance from the Head of PMO. You will also work closely with the Head of PMO and other stakeholders to identify bottlenecks within the portfolio roadmap and ensure emerging projects and programs are initiated in line with the Delivery Framework.

You’ll need…

With responsibility for our portfolio governance reporting it is essential you have a strong background in a project management office environment, with overall financial planning and tracking expertise.

You’ll need to have keen attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication and also an inherent ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines and expectations. A personable, diplomatic approach and the ability to deal with ambiguity will serve you well in this highly visible role.
