About the role  

This role is part time which can be worked across 3 to 4 days per week, within school hours if required and with some flexibility for working from home.

Reporting to the CEO and a dotted line to the National Sales Manager, you are responsible for the creation & delivery of key marketing initiatives to our existing business partners and the development of strategy for new ones. Delivering on sales goals and the overall business strategy are essential to the ongoing success of the business.

Your key accountabilities are:

  • Providing general marketing support for the sales team to ensure they have the required tools to go about their day to day roles efficiently.
  • Delivering on key strategy objectives to our relevant business channels to ensure business moves forward.
  • Writing and delivering communication pieces for internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Management reporting for your department, including ROI metrics.
  • Responsible for the communications for the business both internal and external.
  • Planning of yearly marketing budgets

You will be a key influencer within the business and your ability to engage at all levels of business is crucial. You will primarily be a team player, but not afraid to work autonomously on your own to deliver the key messages.



  • At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Clear ability to draft and proof read marketing and communication literature.
  • Experience of content management skills including HTML
  • A creative mind and willingness to think outside the box
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced data analytical skills with Microsoft Excel.

Highly Desirable:

  • Basic photoshop / html / design skills for ‘on the run’ jobs where time is of the essence
  • Management of Social Media accounts
  • Knowledge of SEO/Adwords / Mailchimp
  • Salesforce experience
  • Previous b2b marketing skills.
  • Marketing Degree
