About The Role:
We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage the delivery of existing brownfield construction, operations, and maintenance contracts as well as help lead our business activities in a key growth area; focusing on developing solutions to a newly created team. Broadspectrum and its parent Ferrovial are well regarded for delivering innovate services to customers across many sectors and this is an exciting opportunity to help shape our strategies and approach to oil & gas and mining customers across Australia. Reporting into an Executive General Manager, you will help design solutions and strategies, deliver improvement initiatives, develop relationships, and mobilise our business and key partners to win and support contract opportunities.
