About The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage the delivery of existing brownfield construction, operations, and maintenance contracts as well as help lead our business activities in a key growth area; focusing on developing solutions to a newly created team. Broadspectrum and its parent Ferrovial are well regarded for delivering innovate services to customers across many sectors and this is an exciting opportunity to help shape our strategies and approach to oil & gas and mining customers across Australia. Reporting into an Executive General Manager, you will help design solutions and strategies, deliver improvement initiatives, develop relationships, and mobilise our business and key partners to win and support contract opportunities. The role will focus on:

 

  • Accountability for 3 key contracts and providing operational leadership for new growth opportunities
  • Growing our presence and reputation as well as building superior relationships across the resources sector
  • Designing and delivering innovate service offerings
  • Working collaboratively with peers in the region and across all stakeholders within the business

 

A key component of the role is the development of our capability in the region, to ensure we have a marketable difference which will assist in the winning of profitable work. This includes nurturing relations with potential customers and partners as well as P&L responsibility for a multi-million portfolio.

  • Proven experience of leading and delivering projects, contracts and initiatives

  • Commercial acumen and demonstrated business development skills
  • A track record of contributing to significant business, people and commercial outcomes
