We are a well-established boutique advisory and business taxation Firm located in the inner eastern suburbs. As a Personal Assistant your role will include:-

  • Work as the Direct Assistant to the Partners to help maximise their time and effectiveness in leading the business.
  • Act as a direct liaison between clients, the Partners and staff ensuring client collaboration, teamwork & optimal communications, to deliver outstanding service.
  • Work closely with the Partners in improving processes and streamlining procedures
  • Preparation and editing of reports, proposals, business plans, presentations & general correspondence
  • Support  Business Development plans and  initiatives
  • Partners’ Diary & Electronic Mail management
  • Assist in developing internal communications as required
  • Event, meeting and function management
  • Organising travel & accommodation arrangements
  • Monthly expense claims for Partners
  • Ad hoc project support work as required by the team, including reception relief
  • Complete billing for Partners on a weekly basis
  • Client engagement set up

 To be successful you must have: -

  • Demonstrated administration background in a professional services setting
  • 4+years minimum experience working as a Personal Assistant
  • You will have a strong work ethic, thrive in a dynamic work environment & demonstrate a high level of initiative.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills and have strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven skills across MS office particularly with Word & PowerPoint are required.
  • Experience within the Australian Accounting or legal industries with sound exposure to time sheets and billings are highly desirable. You will be confident with the ability to manage a busy workload.
