Due to an internal transfer, Broadspectrum currently has an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Care and Security Manager who will join the Geraldton team, in Western Australia. This position will require you to ensure the correct deployment of staff across the region and be responsible for the performance of the Care & Custody Officers under your control in your designated court, as well as the management of custody areas within court.

As the Care and Security Manager, you shall be working from the Geraldton court, in uniform and will be personally responsible for the safe, secure and efficient performance of the court.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with people from a diverse range of backgrounds in a flexible, confident manner, as well as how to communicate effectively and manage conflict or challenging situations. This position will require your commitment to treat everyone with dignity and respect and provide effective performance management and staff motivation at all times.
You’ll be able to prioritise readily and operate effectively under pressure.
