The Role

Broadspectrum is currently seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to perform hospitality & kitchen duties in the Mess and bar areas. This is a casual position and will be based at RAAF Williams in Laverton.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Run an efficient front-of-house service
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Contribute to Broadspectrum’s Food Safety Program
  • Assist with basic food preparation, when required
  • Operate bar services in line with Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards
  • Support with cleaning the premises and equipment

Skills & Experience

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an ADF Clearance
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • Food Handlers Certificate Level 1 (or sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards)
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
