Here’s where you come in…
To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Business Analyst who will be responsible for scoping out business requirements and specifications for the Fund’s new member acquisition channels and initiatives. Reporting to the team manager, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help increase AustralianSuper's membership base by building direct and affiliate channels.
In this role, you will conduct high level business analysis; defining and documenting relevant business, information and process requirements as they relate to acquisition initiatives. Working with the Direct Acquisition team and various other affected business groups, you will be a key stakeholder in preparing the business for the launch of new initiatives.
Experience in successfully gathering subject matter expert information, interpreting business needs and translating them into outcome focused requirements. A natural problem solver, you have highly developed analytical and research skills, and quickly build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience of having worked in a sales or acquisition marketing environment would be highly regarded, as would an understanding of the associated operational processes. You are tertiary qualified, and our ideal candidate will also have a project management certification.
