Here’s where you come in…
As AustralianSuper becomes larger and more complex, our ability to provide tailored advice and direction with regard to hiring decisions becomes ever more important. Enabling a high-performance workforce is one of the Fund’s strategic imperatives, so with a period of significant growth ahead, we now require an additional recruiter to join the established team of influential and trusted Recruitment Leads.
You will manage all recruitment activity within our critical Technology Services, Digital and PMO portfolios. In conjunction with the hiring manager, the Recruitment team and all other People & Culture functions, you will ensure that the most appropriate organisational design, role structure, role deliverables and remuneration are all agreed as part of any recruitment activity.
Significant experience in a senior recruitment role; including the application of a future focus to recruitment activity and a holistic approach that incorporates succession, talent and workforce planning considerations. You will be able to explain how you balance this approach with the transactional imperative of delivering an end-to-end recruitment process (direct recruitment, PSA management, cost reduction, provision of expert advice).
Due to the strong technology focus of the portfolio, you will have extensive experience of recruiting IT and/or Digital roles in order to be considered for this crucial vacancy.
