Here’s where you come in…
To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for assisting with the re-platforming of the CRM system. Reporting to the Project Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to work with senior business and project leaders in identifying and bringing strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
In this role, you will work across the entire cycle from concept/ideation, business case to benefits realization, all whilst acting as the intermediary between the business, project teams and Technology Services.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, preferably in a financial services/superannuation environment. This expertise will complement your ability in customer journey mapping, use case analysis, data/process flow diagramming, process mapping and detailed business and functional requirements documentation.
