About The Role:


The HR Systems Manager will be based in Sydney, responsible for managing and overseeing the Company’s Human Resources Information System (SAP/SuccessFactors), and working closely with the Information Technology and Payroll teams to ensure HR data is captured accurately and can be used to provide HR analytics and insights.


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Group Support Functions and your role will include:


  • Leading HR System projects, including creating and presenting business cases when appropriate
  • Providing support to the GM HR in the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, procedures, initiatives, and budgets for the Broadspectrum HR SAP Successfactors system.
  • Partnering with HR specialist functions and business stakeholders to understand, evaluate and improve/streamline our HR System processes.
  • Providing support for the HR System including performing scheduled activities and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Managing all HR System vendor relationships.

You will also have demonstrated success in maintaining robust stakeholder relationships (both internal and external) as well as deploying new systems and modules. This means you will be a collaborative communicator with an ability to work effectively with all levels of the business and will be adept in solving complex technical problems.


We expect you will have 10 years+ experience in IT and hold relevant qualifications in a related discipline.
