About The Role:

 

The ANZ Service Delivery Manager – Hybrid Cloud, Networks & Telecommunications will be based in Sydney, responsible for our IT cloud and network infrastructure; including managing security and compliance as well as ensuring the network continues to support the needs of the organization.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Group Support Functions and your role will include:

 

  • Managing the delivery of Hybrid Cloud, Networks and Telecommunications services from key partners and service providers (both internal and external)
  • Managing KPI and SLA performance; including remediation where required
  • Customer advocacy and engagement with business stakeholders to strengthen relationships with IT and seek feedback on IT service delivery
