Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst, Treasury who will be responsible for supporting recommendations on new investments and portfolio management of Securities Lending and Cash Investments. Reporting to the Treasury Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help the Fund make the strongest investment decisions possible for our members.

In this role, you will identify, assess and arrange new Securities Lending, Repo and Cash collateral investment opportunities presenting investment cases to a variety of stakeholders. You will assist with portfolio management, monitoring performance and undertaking periodic analysis on key exposures, risks and liquidity across the Treasury investment portfolio. In addition you will help with the design, building and implementation of new Treasury related investment capabilities.

You’ll need…

We are seeking candidates with a tertiary level qualification(s) in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Mathematic, Engineering, Science or related disciplines, with a minimum 5 years experience in investment in either Capital Markets, Treasury or Securities Lending.  You will have expert knowledge of derivative instruments such as swaps, forwards, options and futures in credit, currency, equities and fixed interest markets.  You will be a natural problem solver who excels working in a highly collaborative environment.
