The role
We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Finance Administrator who will be responsible for providing operational support to the contract and align financial and administrative efforts ensuring compliance with taxation regulations and accounting standards.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective operational and administrative support to all operational groups across the contract
  • Ensuring compliance with all taxation regulations and accounting standards
  • Adhering to accountability, transparency and corporate governance requirements in the delivery of financial and accounting support services
  • Promoting and facilitating good communications within the Service Delivery team and with client representatives
  • Providing support to the Finance and Commercial Director and Property Accountants
  • Maintaining data integrity and accuracy at all times
  • Guaranteeing 100% commitment to protecting sensitive information and ensuring all services adhere to security, compliance and legislative requirements

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience within a similar Financial Administration role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills
