About The Role:

 

We have several Executive Assistant opportunities in our North Sydney Head Office, supporting multiple stakeholder within the Executive Office and the Senior Leadership Team, including our Managing Director. This will include acting as the first port of call for telephone and email enquiries, prioritizing internal and external requests, advising your leaders of matters requiring personal attention, scheduling travel, processing expenses, and more.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to support our Exco and Senior Leadership Team with:

 

  • Secretarial and administrative support
  • Managing communication and information flow
  • Prioritising and managing complex calendaring tasks with diplomacy and discretion
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

 

About You:

We will be looking for people with prior EA experience to MD, CE, C-suite, and/or the Executive Leadership Team.
