Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking DevOps Lead who will be responsible for for the design, builds and associated automation of development, test and production environments. Reporting to Application Development Services Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to use your expertise in a variety of digital environments such as disaster recovery, on-demand scalable solutions and hot-house.

In this role, you will coordinate the activities of release engineers to automate the setup and configuration of all development test and production environments. You will provide estimates for onboarding new projects and forecast requirements for anticipated future demand on multiple teams. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, develop and manage the ongoing performance of the DevOPs team, an essential force to the success of the fund.

You’ll need…

Experience with implementing and operating DevOps toolset and frameworks in a predominantly Microsoft based environment. You will have a background in deployment automation on both cloud-based infrastructure and on premise environments. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of organising and monitoring the progress and environment requirements of multiple projects across the software development lifecycle. Whilst, your technology skills are essential we are seeking strong communicators, comfortable dealing with a variety of stakeholders and leading and organising teams to set them up for success.
