About The Role


Broadspectrum is seeking an Alternate Proposal Coordinator to provide support to Operations by performing a coordination/transactional function throughout the lifecycle of an Alternate proposal. They will also ensure that proposals are prepared in accordance with Broadspectrum and Defence standards.
This is a permanent, full time position located at RAAF Edinburgh

 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

 

  • Update required fields in SAP to ensure efficient processing of Alternate Proposals
  • Report and monitor on the Status of Alternate proposals
  • Ensure Alternate Proposals are commercially correct before sending to the client
  • Liaise with the client on any Request for Information regarding Alternate Proposals
  • Ensure Alternate Proposals are processed on time in accordance with nominated Metrics
  • Coordinate the required documentation for Alternate Proposals

 

Skills and Experience

 

  • The ability to demonstrate experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Relevant experience in MS Office (MS Word / Excel / Outlook) within a Facilities Maintenance Role.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Written communication and IT skills.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • An ability to interact effectively with technical staff, subcontractors and Client representatives.

 

Special conditions

 

  • The Position is based at EP2 – Edinburgh South Australia.
  • This position requires an Australian Federal Police check.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen.
