Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Team Coordinator who will be responsible for providing administrative support services to the Property team in our Investments Group. This role represents an outstanding opportunity to help facilitate the smooth running of the team, ensuring all administrative matters are managed efficiently.

In this role, your responsibilities will include the organisation of conferences, conference calls, meetings, catering, maintaining filing systems and current correspondence and file registers. Additionally, this role will require a great deal of travel and diary management.

The proven ability to ensure working relationships (both internal and external) are built and maintained in a positive and cooperative manner, ensuring a positive and cohesive environment with the objective of gaining cooperation and meeting timelines for the delivery of advice.

Your professional and welcoming approach sets you apart. Possessing excellent communication skills and extensive international travel organisation experience, you are a natural multi-tasker, who takes a proactive approach in all you do.
