Here’s where you come in… To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Performance Analyst who will be responsible for providing analysis and management of the calculation of returns of our investment options. Reporting to the Senior Performance Analyst, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to develop a career within Performance reporting. Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Review monthly custodian-calculated investment performance returns for investment options, asset classes and investment managers, to ensure accuracy of calculation
  • Analyse investment performance returns, to explain the drivers of performance
  • Liaise with the custodian, to resolve issues concerning investment performance returns and other fund information
  • Produce monthly and quarterly investment performance reports, and distribute them to stakeholders on schedule
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from investment consultants, the investment team and other parts of the company
  • Identify and escalate potential data quality issues, to prevent error in performance analysis and reports
