To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Change Manager who will be responsible for delivering the end to end change management work stream in support of specific business change projects. Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to partner with the project teams to understand the people impacts and implementation complexity.
In this role, you will develop a change management strategy tailored to the needs of the specific business change - to address the people side of change, drive business readiness, minimise disruption and resistance, and facilitate a successful transition to the future state.
Previous experience leading the end to end change management for projects, across both the behavioural and system led change.
Ideally you will have change management qualifications, PCI preferred, along with sound facilitation skills with a talent for communicating simply and effectively at all organisational levels. Any domain knowledge across Digital/ CRM or Oracle HR/ Finance implementations would be highly regarded.
