We have a long and successful partnership with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and we are seeking an Electrical Technical Officer to provide technical advice and support to the Regional Operations Centre (ROC). You will also maintain Estate Upkeep (EU) technical compliance with all relevant Australian and Defence standards and codes.
Working as part of the regional asset management group, your duties will include

  • Ensure compliance with policies and strategies related to the delivery of technical operations and asset maintenance
  • Performance measurement, compliance and reporting for the engineering and technical components of EU
  • Providing technical electrical advice
  • Assistance with identification and interpretation of National, International and Defence standards or other legislation, codes or policies relevant to maintenance of fixed plant/assets in the defence estate
  • Technical reviewer of business cases for equipment amendments
  • To be considered for the role you must have a current A class electrical licence and a willingness to hold the electrical nominees licence on behalf of BRS in Western Australia
