The Role


Broadspectrum is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the provision of facilities maintenance to the Defence Estate including effective planning, scheduling, quality assurance, work packs and maintenance management support services. This is a permanent, full time position located at the RAAF Base in East Sale. Further you will:


  • Ensure the maintenance activities are technically supported and provide planning, scheduling, quality assurance and maintenance management support services;
  • Manage work orders and service records processes
  • Manage and prepare regular scheduling reports
  • Assist in developing methods to correct deficiencies identified in quality system audits.
  • Provide support to Base Services activities



Skills and Experience


  • A high level of experience or qualifications in planning and scheduling
  • FM Qualification or trade background with relevant experience
  • Thorough understanding of trade utilisation
  • Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an ADF Clearance
