Here’s where you come in…
To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for successful implementation of the CRM system. Reporting to the Digital Program Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to drive the uplift of AustralianSuper capabilities to deliver a positive and valuable member experience across all channels in a mobile, social, connected world.
In this role, you will lead and direct a project team to ensure the delivery of the CRM system to agreed quality standards and business expectations.
Previous experience with the implementation of CRM systems that is more service & customer service centric to the financial services sector, coupled with the ability to work with external system integrators and implementation teams. Ideally, you will have worked with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle or other major CRM systems.
Additionally, a proven background exposing CRM data and functions via API’s to online systems is important, as is prior data migration and data quality management experience.
