To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking an Investments Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting core Investment applications. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and under the guidance of the Manager, Platform Support this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to facilitate key AustralianSuper Investment department activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing second-level support and incident resolution for applications used by the Investments Department. Also you will work with project teams, service providers and vendors to document processes related to applications and support arrangements.
Strong experience in supporting the following-
Coupled with this will be your ability to act as a liaison between the business, internal support staff, vendors and business partners to provide accurate problem interpretation and ensure timely resolution.
