About the role
We are looking for a passionate recruiter to join our Melbourne team and drive a high level of service to our Broadspectrum contracts and clients. We also have an exciting opportunity to support a large shutdown project coming up which will require a dedicated recruiter in our team as well.


You will be responsible for a range of high volume blue and white collar recruitment activities such as taking job briefs, talent sourcing, phone screening and background checking as well as building talent pools for future recruitment opportunities. In addition to this you will also be responsible for all associated administration and compliance requirements.
 

Skills & Experience
To be successful in the role, you will have the following attributes, skills and experience;

  • Experience in running high volume, blue collar recruitment desk in an internal or external agency environment
  • Be highly motivated and hardworking
  • Passionate about your career and empowering those around you.
  • Experience and understanding of recruitment database management systems
  • A strong understanding of candidate attraction platforms including job boards and social media, with proven experience on excellent search and attraction capabilities
  • Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
