About the role (includes but not limited to):
We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Secretariat and Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Manager and the Tactical Management Team. 


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Administrative duties relating to the organisation of meetings and schedules
  • Agenda preparation and minute taking for strategic and tactical governance meetings
  • Coordination of travel requirements including credit card reconciliations and expense claims for senior managers
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the Broadspectrum Property team
  • Guaranteeing 100% commitment to protecting sensitive information and ensuring all services adhere to security, compliance and legislative requirements

 

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience within a similar administrative role ideally in a corporate real estate environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills
