The Role:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will provide administrative and general
support across all facets of HR including:
 Recruitment: Assisting with the recruitment of candidates across our Australian,
Vietnam and Ukraine offices. Find and coordinate recruitment specialists in
Australia, Vietnam and Ukraine and screen candidates for management evaluation.
 On boarding: coordinating the on boarding and induction of new team members.
 Job Descriptions: Developing and maintaining JD’s and KPI’s for team members.
 Performance Evaluations: Coordination, preparation and support of line managers
to undertake regular job evaluations and performance reviews.
 Administration: Performing HR admin activities including; updating org charts,
monitoring annual and sick leave etc.
 Management Support: Providing advice, coaching and support of managers on all
HR matters.
 Documentation: Developing HR forms, templates and other documents as well as
assisting in the preparation of formal correspondence, policies and procedures
 Systems: Set up and manage our online HR platform to manage all HR documents
including, employment agreements and HR policies for employees across all offices.
 Training: Coordinating training events and maintenance of training documentation
 Documentation: Maintaining HR forms, templates, policies and procedures
 Visa Applications and Staff Relocation: Manage applications for Visas for
international candidates and co-ordinate their re-location.
 Staff Retention: Report and advise management on strategies to maximise staff
motivation and retention.

 MS Office Skills.
 Excellent communications skills - verbal and written.
 Possess exceptional passion and drive to succeed.
 Strong time management skills and ability to multi task.
 Experience with online – Cloud HR Platforms.

 Ability to maintain accurate written documentation and files.
 Highly developed negotiation and organisation skills.
 Previous experience with staff recruitment in a HR role.
 HR related Tertiary qualification.
