Due to continued growth we currently have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Proposals Manager to work as part of our Business Development Team, to facilitate bidding interface and share insights between the Tender Team, Business Development and Operations to develop winning bid submissions.

Reporting to the General Manager, Business Development Resources West, you will be required to play an integral role within pre contract client engagement and strategic positioning phase.  You will responsible for developing and if required, leading, tender and marketing opportunities to our clients through the production of written submissions that effectively and positively highlight our service proposals.

A critical position that gives you the opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals in a dynamic, outcome focused environment, this role requires leadership to ensure effective, efficient and best practice advice that aligns with the Broadspectrum Services Vision, Value and the desire to convert tender opportunities into business wins.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the creation and submission of Tenders, Proposals, Presentations and Attributes
  • Bid Management – co-ordinate all aspects of bid preparations for assigned projects from start to finish
  • Proposal co-ordination – production of documentation and review final hard copy response for accuracy
  • Provide quality written copy for tender submissions and marketing brochures
