Here's where you come in…
In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the AustralianSuper computing environment is maintained with the highest possible service level. There is a need to have high-level skill sets within the support team, in order to oversee vendor activities and perform approved technology changes to cater for business priorities. Working in a small team, you will be required to perform across a range of duties within the team.
A demonstrated background working at a level 2 and 3 level, ideally within a Microsoft environment. Along with this, you will be able to partner with vendors and perform approved technology changes. With a focus on application support, you will understand how to package and deploy applications in either SCCM or Group Policy- ideally both.
