About the role

We are a market leader within the Village and facilities Management space and they currently have a unique opportunity available to join their business and play a key role in the long-term growth and success.

This role has a national focus with the objective of improving market position and achieving financial growth through strategic business development. The role is underpinned through the development of key customer relationships, identification of business opportunities, negotiation of project terms and conditions and an active knowledge of current market conditions.

  • Proposal Management
  • Contracts Management and Negotiation
  • Relationship Management 
  • Lead, manage and develop compelling proposals for new business opportunities
  • Market Mapping to identify new business opportunities as part of the business development strategy

The successful candidate will have a natural flair for building client relationships with an entrepreneurial spirit and strategic focus. You will have the ability to influence and engage people at all levels and someone who enjoys working effectively as part of a team.
