To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Head of Property who will oversee all activities related to the management and growth of our Property portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Mid-Risk this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to drive the direction of our long-term portfolio strategy including its position within broader Fund-wide objectives.

As the key strategist for the portfolio you will use your own network to develop and maintain the relationships and opportunities necessary to ensure the continued performance of the Fund. You will foster a highly collaborative environment initiating and overseeing thematic and macro research across the portfolio.

You’ll need…

Tertiary qualifications in economics and/or finance, extensive experience in property investing and a passion for property. An expert ability to articulate and communicate your strategic vision whilst also engaging with other stakeholders to produce the best outcomes across the Fund. As the Head of Property, you will use your insightful view of both the domestic and global markets to develop and maintain key external relationships to foster new initiatives and opportunities. Finally, you will be a natural people leader, with an innate ability to recognise, develop and support the future talent of the function.
