To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Senior Manager Brand who will take a leadership role in embedding the brand value proposition (BVP) and strategy to measurably build brand preference and trust, positively impacting acquisition and retention performance. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Behaviour Change this role represents an outstanding opportunity to amplify and integrate the brand proposition across the Fund and deliver on the brand promise at every opportunity.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the brand strategy and proposition is imbedded in the Fund's ways of working, experiences and communications, while monitoring the brand and business performance against the strategy. Managing an established team, you will define the go-to-market approach for brand and hold responsibility for the development of a strategic brand management, brand content, social media and sponsorship framework that supports the BVP.
This broad role will see you taking on a mix of strategic and operational brand management duties, including the continued development and execution of the Fund's brand reporting framework, brand creative, and the brand media strategy, collaboratively working with key stakeholders to help achieve Fund wide objectives.
A senior marketing professional, you have a thorough understanding of best practice in brand management, media execution and creative excellence. You have considerable experience in brand and marketing leadership roles, involving media planning and creative development as well as brand management and execution through internal services and channels to market.
Tertiary qualified in Marketing or a related discipline, you ably manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. You are a strategic, creative thinker with a strong planning and analytical focus.
