Here’s where you come in…
We are seeking a CX Measurement expert who will be responsible for the team-by-team embedding of our newly-formed programme and ensuring its optimal health via ongoing reviews, while generating and disseminating actionable insights via reports, presentations and workshops. This key role represents an outstanding opportunity to influence an entire organisation.
Take a lead in ensuring the prominence of CX Measurement, as well as the effective running of the programme. In this role you will establish yourself as a leading advocate for the use of insights, generated via the merger of ‘voice of customer’ feedback and analytics.
Advanced knowledge of CX Measurement Systems (i.e. NPS, Customer Effort) and experience having implemented similar large scale programmes. You have hands-on technical expertise in complex survey data with a strong knowledge of statistical techniques, and are proficient with Enterprise Feedback Management systems such as Medallia, Qualtrics or ReponseTek.
Experience in financial services, would be highly regarded (but not essential). You are tertiary qualified in a business related field such as Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Economics.
