Here’s where you come in…
To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Senior Project Officer who will be responsible for creating, managing and coordinating the core project management activities in areas such as governance and financial reporting, risk and issue management and planning and scheduling. Reporting to the PMO Reporting and Governance Lead this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to support our senior project management team in the delivery of strategic programs of work across the Fund.
In this role, you will create the draft version of core project management artefacts such as business cases, project plans and steering committee reports. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project management control tools such as status reports and risk, issue and action logs. You will proactively participate in project planning meetings utilizing relevant methods tools and techniques to drive project improvement and support the function to deliver planned project activity.
Experience planning and scheduling project activity in a Financial Services or IT environments and expert knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. You will have worked within a ‘gated’ project and portfolio governance framework. We are seeking those with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure, by prioritizing workload and working to specified timeframes.
