Here’s where you come in…
To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Structured Experiments Lead to coordinate the testing of ideas for new initiatives and programs, gaining empirical insights as to whether they become ‘business as usual’ activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Insights and Experiments this role represents an outstanding opportunity to provide crucial decision support that validates and optimises new Fund initiatives.
In this role, you will manage the design, implementation and analysis of structured experiments of varying sizes and across multiple channels. You will do this by bringing together product and proposition strategies, market insights, technical processes and analytical tools, and all with a view of risk management best practices.
Taking a consultative approach, you will internally network with stakeholders across the business, building the Structured Experiments profile in line with the function’s strategies and objectives. You will also maintain close relationships with key external providers of research, behavioural economics and analytics.
Demonstrated quantitative and statistical analytics skills, in addition to a creative marketing, product development mindset. An in-depth knowledge of industry trends in ‘Test & Learn’ will position you well, as will superior project delivery experience. A proficient communicator and listener, you are able to effectively gather requirements and translate those into technical specifications.
Tertiary qualified in marketing, business, analytics or information systems, you have since specialised in consumer insights and are demonstrably committed to your own ongoing training and development. Experience in the financial services sector would be highly regarded but not essential.
