To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a 12 month Senior Consultant who will be responsible for reviewing, investigating and analysing our current administration operating model, looking for opportunities to improve for the benefit of our members. Reporting to the Senior Manager Service Transformation, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help improve member experience by increasing process efficiency, lifting productivity, and eliminating waste.
In this role, you will extract and analyse data from multiple sources, presenting insights and recommending improvements to key decision makers. You will work closely with various SME groups to gain an understanding of the capabilities and impacts of new ways of working, with a focus on new technologies.
This solutions-focused role will provide you with broad scope to research, design and recommend a future state operating model that will positively impact on how our members interact with the Fund.
This is a 12 month vacancy, well suited to someone with leadership experience in superannuation administration and operations. Ideally you have worked and achieved qualifications in business analytics or project management, and are used to managing multiple priorities under pressure.
You are an accomplished relationship builder and work well with stakeholders; negotiating and influencing effectively. You are a strong verbal and written communicator, and are able to prepare timely, accurate reports suitable for senior management review.
