About the Contract:
The Toowoomba Second Range Crossing is the one of the largest road infrastructure projects in Queensland’s history. The $1.6 billion project is a 41km road bypass route to the north of Toowoomba. When finished, it will connect the Warrego Highway at Helidon Spa in the east to the Gore Highway at Athol in the west via Charlton. The construction phase of the project will be completed in late 2018 and Broadspectrum will take over as the Operations and Maintenance provider.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Network Optimisation Manager, the Maintenance Planner and Administrator will be responsible for scheduling works, ensuring works are closed out, managing stores, procurement, vehicle and plant servicing schedules and implementation of best practices across the project in regards to future operations and maintenance.
This is a hands on role will have an intimate knowledge of the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing asset. SAP is utilised as the asset management system. The incumbent will provide maintenance and operational staff with necessary information they require and ensure all resources, routine maintenance activities, corrective maintenance activities and emergency works are planned and scheduled where applicable.
Toowoomba Second Range Crossing will be open to traffic 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your working hours will be flexible to meet working requirements.
As this is a Toowoomba based position, you must reside locally, or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
