The Role
Reporting into the HR Systems Lead you will be responsible for providing systems and operational support to the Business Process Leads and Super users in ANZ & Americas with an initial focus on the optimisation of Learning Central (LMS) team. Over time you will also develop expertise and extend support to other Successfactors modules deployed in the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity which will allow the incumbent to play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of the team and the organisation.


•Implement efficient processes and simplification to improve system usage leading to business uptake of all SF modules
•Provide thought leadership and expertise on all SF modules especially LMS system
•Drive system developments and training to support best practices
•Proactively seek out and recommend business efficiency gains through system use
•Drive upcoming systems roadmap to focus on integration & streamlining of various platforms
•First point of contact for Technical Support that cannot be resolved by Super Users
•Liaise with internal vendor to quickly fix issues impacting the system functionality and usage
•Liaise with SF teams to resolve incidents and deploy quarterly enhancements to align with business roadmap
•Creation of Learning items, curricular, programs and online content
•Prepare user guides, train Business Process Leads / Super users & build strong professional rapport with key stakeholders


Skills & Experience
•HR and IT (SAP, Success Factors) functional expertise obtained in complex, dynamic organisations
•Strong ability to work in a busy, demanding environment both independently and as part of a team with multiple stakeholders
•Analytical and data manipulation skills including advanced use of Excel
•Strong ability to deliver through influencing
•A passion for excellence and continuous improvement
•Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

•LMS Systems Administration experience would be an advantage
•More than 4 years’ experience as an analyst or consultant for one or more Successfactors modules preferably including Learning Management System
