Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking Advice Service Consultant who will be responsible for coordinating AustralianSuper Financial Planner appointments and managing the implementation of their tailored advice strategies. Reporting to the Financial Planning Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to support a dynamic team of advisers to achieve the best retirement outcomes for our members.

In this role, you will manage financial planning appointments by coordinating requests and cancellations and uploading information into our financial planning software. You will also be responsible for administering the end to end implementation of tailored personal advice including liaising with external providers and administrators and be a point of contact for AustralianSuper financial planners throughout the implementation process. You may also deal directly with our advice clients where required. You will complete internal and external product research requests, administer checks on documents and you will have opportunities to be involved in business improvement initiatives.

You’ll need…

You will come from a financial planning support or superannuation administration background and preferably be RG146 qualified. You will be an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills. You can work efficiently to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining an excellent attention to detail. You take initiative and are able to solve or escalate issues if they arise. You can work autonomously as well as collaboratively to achieve excellent outcomes.
