Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Capability Manager, BOTs and AI who will be responsible for the end-to-end development, enhancement and maintenance of our newly created pilot chat and voice bots. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Innovation Enablement this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to create a compelling product vision that aligns with the Fund’s core five year strategy. 

In this role, you will work closely with architecture, User Experience, delivery partners, operations, communications, and other teams to execute on the roadmap and deliver leading automated solutions to a full production state. You will define and track the key business and usage analytics data to measure success for the product areas you own and take corrective actions where/when necessary. You will be proactive and make recommendations on roadmaps that align with key deliverables of: digitizing the user experience, enhancing service, creating stickiness to the brand, reducing costs-to-serve and helping make the Fund a leader in the virtual assistant space for Financial Services. 

You’ll need…

You have experience creating a new technology solutions capability with strategic intent from start to finish, preferably in a complex environment. You possess demonstrable background in leading agile iterative teams to deliver product features to market for B2C and B2B.  Alongside exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills you will have strong commercial acumen and product management experience.  You will have the ability to leverage customer insights/data to build and develop tailored innovative and differentiated products and solutions.  You will be a natural communicator, comfortable presenting business cases and justifications to a variety of senior stakeholders.
