The Role
Broadspectrum are currently seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator.  You can expect to perform in-scope activities across the allocated contract located at Leeuwin Barracks, Fremantle.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Checking and ensuring pays are correct and in line with timesheets and EBA
  • Preparation of reports for review by Payroll Compliance Manager
  • Finalisation of Pay for Sign off
  • Receiving, logging and answering employee payroll queries
  • Escalating queries which need to be resolved by the Payroll Central Team
  • Prepare New Wages Forms in consultation with Recruiting Manager and HR
  • Checking all Reclassification and other Masterdata information prior to sending to the Masterdata Team
  • Checking and ensuring Masterdata is correct in SAP.  Escalation to Masterdata Team if information is incorrect
  • Carry out all work activities upholding the Company values of Integrity, Ingenuity, Collaboration & Challenge

  • Carry out all duties in line with Company policies & procedures as amended from time to time

Skills and Experience:

  • Sound IT skills (SAP, Microsoft package)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated administration and organisational skills, including attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
