To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Manager, Data Solution Delivery who will be responsible for the operationalisation of the Investment Department’s strategic and tactical investment data agenda, through developing and deploying new investment management data solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Data Solutions this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to develop and enhance the Investment Department’s strategic data and architecture.
In this role, you will coordinate and manage the department’s data change agenda from project initiative ideation through to deployment. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to on-board new investment capabilities that support the Investment Department Strategic Roadmap. You will be responsible for ensuring that the implementation of enhancements to capability, operating processes and systems across the investment department are delivered to schedule, tracked to budget and are fit for purpose. You will prepare and provide updates to governance and senior management forums on the progress of projects and initiatives and their contribution to the data change agenda and work with external and internal stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes for the fund.
Broad investment operations experience within a back / middle office of a Superannuation Fund, Fund Manager or Custodian with an understanding of investment data. Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders to proactively lead the implementation of enhancements to the core investment data platform, including the scheduling, monitoring and reporting of regular delivery cycles.
You will have excellent communication and leaderships skills supporting and leading your team to deliver as per agreed timelines and budgets. You will have the ability to proactively lead business change, challenge assumptions and influence outcomes.
