Here's where you come in…
Reporting to the Head of Governance & Company Secretary, your priority will be to lead governance activities across AustralianSuper to ensure that the Fund is applying best practice governance processes. You will undertake these activities while driving improved commercial outcomes.
Managing the Fund's governance policies you will develop a Fund wide oversight and assurance program for governance in line with compliance and governance model and you will produce and present insightful high quality reports to Management, Board Committees and the Board.
You will also manage the Fund's regulatory licenses and underpinning processes.
As a senior business leader, you will develop cohesive and influential relationships at all levels, advising, challenging and supporting in line with strategic objectives.
Ideally you will come from a financial services background with demonstrable success in leading a governance function in a growth environment. You confidently engage other business leaders, negotiating an agreed strategic approach, delivering attributable commercial results, and you have highly effective communication skills.
Tertiary qualified in Business or Law and ideally RG146 compliant (or willing to obtain the qualification), you are a resilient and accountable professional who interrogates and takes ownership of governance activities. Your highly commercial approach has been developed through working in senior management level positions.
