Easternwell are industry leaders in Drilling, Well Servicing and Camp Management. We provide services to some of Australia’s largest oil and gas clients, and are backed by one of Australia’s largest service providers, Broadspectrum. 


 

About the Role
Reporting to the HSE Team Leader, as the HSE Advisor you will support the operations and site managers, across a range of Easternwell and Broadspectrum sites, including the Easternwell Camps, Easternwell Offices, Warehouse, Workshop and RTO, as well as the Millmerran Power Station.
The role is a town based 5:2 roster (Monday to Friday), with a bi monthly 10:4 stint required in field.


Key Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Helping site managers to develop implement and manage the HSE Management System
  • Deliver on site training
  • Provide support and advice on hazard management to site managers and workers
  • Basic incident and injury management 
  • Reporting on compliance
  • Drug and alcohol testing
     

About You 
You will be passionate about safety and able to influence positive safety behaviours. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate and manage conflict confidently. 
Your personal circumstance will allow for you to be able to be flexible in your work location, and allow you to work away from home, as some travel to Millmerran and potentially other sites will be required. 

 

You will hold the following qualifications:

  • Current open manual driver’s licence
  • Certificate IV Occupational Health and Safety Management
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
