About the Role

Thanks to a newly awarded contract by the Department of Corrective Services, MTC-Broadspectrum Joint Venture are now currently seeking candidates wishing to enhance their career as a TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR, based initially at our offices in Parramatta, moving to the Parklea Correctional Centre in Western Sydney.

In this role you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective training administration support and contribute to the enhancement of all administrative workflows and processes to ensure contractual compliance.

You will implement and track training and assessment needs for new and existing employees and identify internal and external training programs and providers to meet contractual requirements.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining training compliance in line with contractual and business requirements.
  • Collecting workforce training compliance data including but not limited to qualifications, competencies, attainment and expiry dates, and evidence documentation.
  • Validate individual training records in line with procedures to ensure credentials provided by staff are legitimate.
  • Input, update and maintain workforce training compliance information into Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Analyse and report on upcoming training compliance expiry.
