To support the growth of AustralianSuper, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and bringing strategic initiatives from concept to implementation with a key focus on benefits identification and return on investment. Sitting in the PMO and reporting to the BA Practice Manager, this person acts as an intermediary between the business, project team/s and Technology Services. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bringing together major programmes and projects into an overall delivery portfolio and you will be the central point of contact for communication and reporting around this portfolio. In this role, you will be working directly with the business in order to identify emerging challenges and shape them into programs and projects.
We are seeking candidates with advanced business analysis experience and a proven track record of successfully creating awareness and maturity around business analysis methodology and tools across an organization. CBAP certified, you are able to create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations. An effective communicator, you possess excellent written and oral interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues to senior management and different business units. The successful candidate will have previous experience implementing (Microsoft Dynamics) CRM systems.
