Here’s where you come in…
To support the growth of AustralianSuper, we are seeking a Business Analyst who will work with SME’s within our members facing team to design and document the processes and procedures to accompany the introduction of our MS Dynamics CRM solution. As an experienced Business Analyst you will be responsible for validating and defining the list of user stories, process maps and data analysis in-line with a sprint release approach. This will include understanding the business requirements, processes, data needs and out of the box system functionality. You will ensure that the specifications are met and compliant with the project brief, policies and internal fund requirements.
You will also facilitate workshops with the SME’s within the member facing team to design the processes and ensure that the relevant information is reported to the Project Management Office.
MS Dynamics BA experience is essential for this role and Superannuation experience would be highly regarded.
