Here’s where you come in…
The Executive Assistant, Member Experience & Advice provides confidential executive assistance including diary management, administrative and project support to the Group Executive, Member Experience & Advice.
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of all aspects of the GE’s day to day diary management, meetings, travel and preparation and coordination of papers, but more so, you will add value and make this role your own, with your ability and interests in preparing presentations and communication material.
You will liaise with staff and external parties, using initiative and judgment to ensure matters are dealt with appropriately, identifying those which should be referred and known to others.
One of your key strengths will be the ability to ensure working relationships (both internal and external) are built and maintained in a positive and cooperative manner, ensuring a positive and cohesive environment for all parties.
Possessing excellent communication and administrative skills, you will be a natural multi-tasker, who takes a proactive approach in all you do.
