As AustralianSuper becomes larger and more complex, our ability to provide tailored advice and direction with regard to hiring decisions becomes ever more important. Enabling a high-performance workforce is one of the Fund’s strategic imperatives, and with a period of significant growth ahead, we require a new influential and trusted Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established in-house Recruitment team.
You will be tasked with managing all recruitment activity across a specified group of business areas. In conjunction with the hiring manager, the Recruitment team and the broader People & Culture function, you will ensure that the most appropriate job brief, role structure, candidate sourcing channels, remuneration and timeframes are all agreed as part of any recruitment activity. You will focus on managing all stakeholder expectations; delivering a fit-for-purpose recruitment solution in a manner that fully engages the hiring manager and meets business requirements.
Significant experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes and managing stakeholders.
You enjoy engaging with all stakeholders throughout all recruitment activities; building relationships and advising on best practice. You have the professionalism to set realistic expectations, but the pride and drive to then work to exceed them. You are able to balance a strategic approach to your work, with the transactional imperative of delivering in an often high demand, fast-paced environment.
